ENGINEERING MANAGER (PROJECT)

Key purpose:

To be fully accountable for the Engineering function to produce a cost effective engineered solution (including the development of appropriate specifications) for the project within the budgeted man-hours and within the tendered timeframe by utilizing capable and appropriate resources efficiently to ensure that procurement/ construction activities commence on time।

Requirements:

- Willing to work extended hours to meet engineering deadlines.
- Willing to travel to site.
- Able to ensure all designs produced are cost effective and within the budget constraints of the project.
- Able to develop a close relationship with the procurement manager.
- Having the comprehensive knowledge of engineering and procurement management principles and practices. Must possess an in depth knowledge of the engineering and design process as well as extensive experience in construction methods.
- Able to maximize project margins by ensuring appropriate technical specifications and codes are adopted to suit the requirements of the contract.
- Demonstrated effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.


Qualification:

- Minimum Bachelor Degree preferably in Engineering.
- Minimum 15 (fifteen) years experiences in Engineering with 5 (five) years as a Manager.

Duties & responsibilities of the position include:

campaign(s) during exploration drilling including well testing,
logging, coring, etc.

• The Reservoir Engineer Expert is expected to be a "hand-on"
person being involved in any reservoir characterization, reserves
calculations, economics, modeling and interpretation work
• Able to specify equipment & services, solicit tendering,
evaluation, award & contracting of reservoir projects, in cooperation
with company's team.
• preparation & implementation of cost estimates, AFE's, Work
Program & Budgets, technical and reserve economics reports
• Interface with company and specialist third-parties to ensure
reservoir activities are consistent with company objectives

The successful candidate(s) shall:
• An Indonesian Citizen, domiciled in Jakarta
• Possess relevant Bachelor or Master degree at Petroleum
Engineering or similar field ( Geology )
• Have well developed organization and operational skills
• Demonstrate a minimum six years experience in a similar role
• Possesses effective interpersonal, project, team and time-
management skills
• Have a proven capability to work independently, under
pressure
• Self-motivated, resourceful and creative problem-solver

QA/QC Technician

Responsible for the daily QA/QC planning and leads the QA/QC for equipment servicing. He/she performs 1st line troubleshooting on QA/QC process activities and in addition he/ she will write/ revise SOP's with a view to continually improving performance. He/ she is also involved in the maintenance, calibration and validation of (new) equipment. It is expected that he/ she is able to execute delegated (QA/QC) tasks relatively independently.

Requirements:
