QHSE Officer in Batam

One of the largest oil field service company is seeking an enthusiastic, hard-working and motivated individual to fill the following position, base in Batam:

QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment) Coordinator / Officer

§ Ensures QHSE function by conceiving quality, health, safety and environment planning and adapting existing systems in area of QHSE management and supervising the implementation.

§ Assists Operation and Base Manager to conduct QHSE Management System and maintain Quality Policy and Quality Objective of each function to meet requirement.

§ Maintain equipment certifications and documentations.

§ Conduct quality, health, safety & environment training and related subject to meet Company needs and requirements.

§ Collaborates with employees and supervisors to identify and correct potential safety and health hazards.

§ Develop safe standard work practices with line personnel and monitors conformance through safety and housekeeping inspection including accidents and incidents report and recommends actions for improvement.

Requirements:

· Graduated from any disciplines

· Fluent in English both oral and written is a must

· Min 3 years experience in the Oil & Gas Company preferable

· Able to operate computer in Ms. Office, Excel & Outlook
