The Candidate

• Age between 40 to 50 years
• Has held a general manager's position or higher
• Preferably an Engineer with experience within the bids and tenders process in the oil & gas industry
• Evidence of success in developing services business in the oil & gas industry
• Evidence of extensive networks in the Indonesian oil & gas industry
• Evidence of ability to work under challenging conditions
• Proven leadership competency
• Able to display authority without losing respect of peers and subordinates
• Diplomatic in approach whilst retaining confidence and respect with all personnel, will be vital to make this role a successful one.
• Must display exceptional communication skills.
• Evidence of specific achievements within previous roles including delivering best practice.
• Highly focused on quality and service.
• Fluency in verbal and written English
